Shipment Policy
We deliver books by Deepak S Mulchandani anywhere in India. the books may take a week to get delivered at your place. The shipping charges are included in the price of product. The delivery process will be initiated once the order is placed successfully. Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, we request you to refuse to accept delivery and inform via mail at [email protected] at the earliest.
Return Policy
- The product cannot be returned unless in the case of damaged product received.
- In the event you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with the customer service team through below mentioned channelEmail us at – [email protected]
- Upon receiving your complaint, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if we get convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will inform the initiate the replacement process.
Cancellation Policy
In case of receipt of damaged product, replacement of the product will be made. The amount will not be refunded.
